Orders:

MB Jewelers manufactures everything in-house in Downtown Los Angeles. Our jewelry is made to order and production time is estimated between -14 business days. If any unanticipated issues occur with your order, we will contact you immediately. Orders will not go into production until a full payment is made. All orders made through the website MB Jewelers will receive an order confirmation via email after your order has been placed. You will later receive an email with your tracking number once the order has shipped. For expedited orders at an additional fee, contact us directly or (213) 489-1166.

Customizations:

MB Jewelers is a full scale jewelry manufacturing facility, therefore we offer customizations on your order. The process of customization is always discussed with our team of experts and followed by a detailed quote via e-mail. All custom orders are final, non refundable and they cannot be exchanged.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via UPS and do require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to a PO Box. All packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. For all international orders, buyers are responsible for all destination country taxes and fees. We are not responsible for any international fees. In the event of a return or an exchange – the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges:

All fashion jewelry necklaces, earrings, bracelets, fashion rings and bands are final sale and non-refundable. All sale items are final, non-refundable and they cannot be exchanged. Any regular-stock engagement ring may be returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days from the date delivered to the customer. Merchandise must not be worn, defective or damaged in any way.

All merchandise must be sent back in its original jewelry box. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For any returns or exchanges, contact us.

All custom orders are final, nonrefundable and they cannot be exchanged.

Repairs & Resizing:

MB Jewelers happily offers 1 resizing services free of charge.

MB Jewelers engagement rings come with an automatic 6 month center stone warranty & 1 year side stone warranty. This warranty does not cover lost rings, chipped center stones or bent settings.

Your warranty will automatically be void if jewelry is given to another jeweler that is not MB Jewelers, to work on such as resizing or repairs.

Damaged your MB Jewelers? We are happy to repair your item for an additional charge plus shipping & handling. For any questions about repairs or resizes, please contact us.

To send back an item for repairs/resizing please contact us and Our repairs specialist will get back to you with information on sending back your ring.

Privacy:

When placing an order, MB Jewelers asks for your personal information such as first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address in order to properly fulfill an order. We also use this information for purposes of communicating with the customer and providing the best to our abilities customer service.

Your personal information is secured and fully protected. MB Jewelers does not share any of your data with third parties.
