When will my order ship? MB Jewelers jewelry is made to order and standard production time is estimated between 7-14 business days. Custom created pieces can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for production. Orders do not go into production until full payment is made. MB Jewelers manufactures everything in-house here in Downtown, Los Angeles. If any unanticipated issues occur with your order, we will contact you directly.
All items seen on the @MBJewelers social media platforms are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, kindly contact us.
How does my order ship? All items are shipped UPS and require a signature upon delivery. All packages get shipped insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. We are unable to ship to PO Box. All orders made through the MB Jewelers website will receive an order confirmation via email after your order has been placed. You will later receive an email with your UPS tracking number once the order has been shipped.

- International Orders (7-14 business days production / 2 day shipping): $60
- Expedited (4-6 business days production / 2 days shipping): $130.00
- Rush (3-4 business days production/ overnight shipping): $199.00
For all international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes known as (“VAT”), tariffs and other fees that may be presented by the destination country – all are the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event of a return or exchange – the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please note, MB Jewelers is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to a customs issues when items are shipped internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
All fashion jewelry necklaces, earrings, bracelets, fashion rings and bands are final sale and non-refundable. All custom orders are final, nonrefundable and they cannot be exchanged. All sale items are final, non-refundable and they cannot be exchanged. Any regular-stock engagement ring may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date delivered to the customer. Merchandise must not be worn, defective or damaged in any way. All merchandise must be sent back in its original jewelry box. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For any returns or exchanges, contact us.
If there is a manufacturing defect, please fill out form Here within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund or store credit may be approved by MB Jewelers due to manufacturing defects.

Resizing + Repairs
All Morganite engagement rings come with an automatic 6 month center stone warranty & 1 year side stone warranty. This warranty does not cover lost rings, chipped stones, broken or missing center stones or bent/misshapen settings. All MB Jewelers jewelry is carefully inspected by our Quality & Control specialists prior to shipping. We guarantee the authenticity of all materials-metal, side stones and center stones, for a period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. Your warranty will be automatically voided if the jewelry purchased from MB Jewelers will be worked on in any way (resizing, repairing, stone setting etc.) by any jeweler other than one on premises of MB Jewelers manufacturing facility.
MB Jewelers happily offers one (1) resizing service free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping the item for resizing to our facility. MB Jewelers will cover the return shipment. Resizing does not apply to any of the eternity bands.
Eternity bands cannot be resized due to the way they are built.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges if returning an item, sending it back for a resize or a repair. Each package must require the signature upon delivery. MB Jewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
